I am the founder of flow of qi holistics. My journey and life circumstances have led me to become curious about what is beneath all the layers of social conditioning and exploring what makes us who we are, what shapes our perceptions. interactions and behavior patterns and how can these ultimately influence our health. <\/p>\n

After experiencing chronic health challenges and getting a diagnosis that western medicine could not provide any long-term solutions for I have turned towards more holistic and complementary approaches. I have become fascinated with the mind-body-soul connection, how past trauma, chronically repressed emotions and thought patterns can influence our physical body.<\/p>\n

I have studied many different modalities yoga, Chinese medicine, mindfulness and meditation, water therapy just to name a few and like to blend in different elements from each into my therapeutic approach.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to my formal trainings I am have studies and continue to expand my knowledge in neuroscience, hormones health, nutrition, Somatic Experiencing, Inner Child Work, Internal Family Systems as well as Anthroposophical Medicine. <\/p>\n

As a lifelong student of the body, mind and soul I am on a ongoing quest for balance, growth and self-discovery and I approach it with a sense of curiosity and dedication. I enjoy spending my free time in the nature, dancing, travelling, doing yoga, reading and playing music.<\/span><\/p>\n

As I have managed to significantly improve my own health and overcome chronic symptoms I have developed a passion in sharing my knowledge to guide people on their own journey to healing and self-discovery. I offer one on one sessions tailored to individual needs as well as classes and workshops in corporate and private settings in English and German languages.<\/span><\/p>\n
